Private Utilities Permit
A Private Utilities Permit is a permit for the installation, repair or modification work on a storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water line or fire line, from the building structure to the public street. *A separate Underground Excavating License/Water/Sewer permit is required for any work done in the right-of-way.
A Private Utilities Permit is required for all new services on new commercial construction or any repair/modification to an existing commercial or residential property.

Private Utilities Requirements
Master Plumber or Pipelayer Certificate
$10,000 Bond
Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the City of Rogers as an additional insured.
Uploaded copy of the As-Built for all commercial permits
All residential work without an As-Built must fill in the As-Built drawing form linked on the application and upload it with the application.
Fees

Existing structure water/sewer hookup: additional WAC/SAC fees, special assessments (if any), and connection fees may apply.
