Alarms
Three or more false alarms within a calendar year is excessive, constitutes a public nuisance, and shall be unlawful. Civil penalties for false alarms for an alarm system may be assessed against an alarm user, as provided in the city's current fee schedule.

Parking Restrictions
City Codes address parking regulations in Rogers, however a common question is regarding winter parking restrictions. November 1 through March 31 parking is restricted upon any street between the hours of 2:00 am and 6:00 am.

Signs
Except for routine maintenance, no sign may be painted, constructed, erected, remodeled, relocated, or expanded until a sign permit is obtained in accordance with the applicable building code. Reference Ordinance Sec. 113-7. - Sign permit for more details.
