Utility companies requesting to work within the City right of way are required to obtain a Right of Way Permit. To apply, you must first obtain a Right of Way License with the City.

Right of Way License Requirements

  • $10,000 Bond

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance, naming the City of Rogers as an additional insured

  • Annual License fee: $250

Right of Way Permit Requirements

  • Right of Way License (see above)

  • Submission of legible project drawings

  • Permit fee: $150
