  • Maximum storage height possible by building design

  • Ceiling height – floor to bottom of roof deck

  • Clear height – Floor to bottom of structural components

  • Type of racks

  • Height, depth, width of racks

  • Aisle width between racks

  • Longitudinal flue space

  • Transverse flue space
