This permit is for smaller projects for residential homes that include:

  • Gas fireplace, chimney, or wood stove

  • Furnace

  • Air conditioner

  • Water softener

  • Water heater

  • Garage heater

  • Irrigation (underground sprinkler system)

  • Re-Roofing

  • Re-Siding

  • Window/Door replacement (applies to pre-existing openings only)
