Territorial Road Development

Lennar Corporation (Lennar, proposer) is proposing to construct a residential development on 148.5 acres in Rogers, MN. The project includes 190 single family units of three models, 48 twin home units, and 124 townhome units of two sizes for a total of 362 units. Construction will also include stormwater infrastructure, internal roads, and utilities.
