Building Coordinator

The City of Rogers is seeking applicants for a part-time seasonal Building Coordinator position at the TruStone Center. The position is responsible for the supervision of the facility in the absence of Managers or other Full-Time staff. This position will work different shifts between the Ice Arena and the new Indoor Turf Facility. Duties include: demonstrating excellent customer service skills while interacting with and assisting customers, operating the Ice Resurfacer (Zamboni) to ensure quality and safe conditions for skaters, keeping facility events on schedule, setting up for room rentals and public activities in the facility, keeping facility clean, recording mechanical readings, making basic repairs to equipment and facility, sharpening skates, opening and/or closing the building, and performing other duties as assigned or directed by manager. Ideal candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply and be willing to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. The pay range is $17.80-22.64/hour, depending on experience, and time-and-a-half pay is given to Building Coordinators for any time worked past 9 pm.
