Assessment Search Requests
Overview
As a public service, the City of Rogers provides access to property information that may include pending or levied special assessments and delinquent utilities. Specifically, special assessments allow the City to recover costs as allowed under Minnesota Statute, Chapter 429.

Fees & Payment
Fee: $35.00 per Parcel ID
Payment Option: Check only.
Note: Credit card payments are not currently accepted, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Payment must be received prior to processing unless prior arrangements have been made.
Required Information
Please complete the search request document shown in the Form & Contact section for every individual parcel request.
Processing Time
Allow a minimum of 72 hours for completion, once payment is received.
Same-day responses cannot be guaranteed for requests with less than 24 hours’ notice.
What’s Included in the Search
Levied and pending special assessments, and those approved by City Council, but not reflected in Hennepin County records.
Utility billing balances (only those that have been certified delinquent, or are identified in annual certification process)
