2026 21st Century Bank Event Center Rental Information

Current Rental Rates

21ST CENTURY BANK EVENT CENTER RENTAL RATES

Reservations are booked when the renter submits a signed facility use contract and fifty percent (50%) of the room rental fee (unless the reservation is made within sixty (60) days of the date; in which case the total rental fee, sales tax (if applicable), and damage deposit would be due).  Contracts signed 12-18 months prior to the event date are subject to a rate increase not to exceed 10% of the contracted rate based on the approved Master Fee Schedule.  Rates are no longer subject to change within 364 days of the event date.


Graco Conference Room Rental Fee

Food and beverage service is not permitted, except during business meeting-related functions. Room setup will be arranged based on the headcount provided and in the preferred layout style—U-shape, classroom, or theater—as indicated on the rental application.

Great Hall Rental Fee

The hourly rental rate includes access to the Great Hall, tables and chairs arranged in your preferred choice of a standard layout option, tailored to headcount, and use of the Patio and Pergola/Garden. Additional amenities and custom floor plan arrangements are available and can be added on for an additional fee.

*Non-profit or civic organizations may not reserve Fridays or Saturdays more than 90 days in advance at the non-profit rate, except during the months of January through April and November. Non-profits also receive one complimentary hour of rental time for setup or cleanup for each hour rented. This additional time must be used on the same day as the event and must be scheduled adjacent to the event time.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The refundable damage deposit will be returned to the applicant listed on the rental application, either by check to the address provided or credited back to the original payment method, within 30 days after the event date—provided no deductions are necessary.

Events without alcohol $300
Events serving alcohol $500


Kitchen Use Rates

The 21st Century Bank Event Center does not have catering or food service restrictions for private events (e.g., weddings, graduation parties, celebrations of life). Public events should contact the Facility Coordinator to discuss any special requirements. Kitchen use fees are now included in the standard hourly rental rate. However, use of the deep fryers is not included and is available for an additional fee.

* Failure to properly clean the kitchen or deep fryer after use may result in a cleaning fee deducted from your damage deposit.

SPECIAL RENTAL PACKAGE RATES


Wedding/Quinceañera Package

 This package includes:

  • Day-before access: 6 hours of setup time between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

  • Event day access: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. full-day rental

  • Included amenities:

    • Full access to stage, garden, kitchen (excluding deep fryers), conference room, fire pit, lawn games, two easels & AV system

    • Trash removal (trash must be placed in designated receptacles)

    • Table and chair setup and takedown with a Custom Floor Plan

    • Announcement on the electronic sign day of event

Please note: The package price does not include the refundable damage deposit

Rogers Resident $3,400 (down payment of $1,700)
Non-Resident $4,100 (down payment of $2,050)


Graduation Package

The Graduation Package is available exclusively to Rogers High School seniors (Rogers’ residency is not required) and may be booked starting on the first day of their graduating school year.  Pricing is based on Saturday rates and should fall within the timeframe of 8a-1p or 2p-7p.  Time adjustments may be made at the discretion of the Rental Coordinator.

The package includes:

  • 5 hours of Great Hall and outdoor patio access

  • Table and chair setup and takedown in a standard open house floor plan

  • Use of the AV system, kitchen (excluding deep fryers), fire pit, lawn games, and two easels

Please note: The package price does not include the refundable damage deposit.

Rogers Resident $950 (down payment of $475)


Non-Profit Fundraiser Package

The Non-Profit Fundraiser Package is available exclusively to registered non-profit organizations. Proof of tax-exempt status is required at the time of booking. Non-profit organizations may not reserve Fridays or Saturdays more than 90 days in advance at the non-profit rate, except during the months of January through April and November.

The package includes:

  • 10 hours of building access (Additional hours may be added at the applicable hourly rate based on non-profit residency.)

  • Table and chair setup and takedown with a Custom Floor Plan

  • Full access to stage, garden, kitchen (excluding deep fryers), conference room, fire pit, lawn games, two easels, & AV system

  • Advertisement on the electronic sign beginning two weeks prior to the event

Please note: The package price does not include the refundable damage deposit.

Non-Profit Organization $550 (down payment of $275)


Memorial Package

The Memorial Package is available to anyone and is designed to offer a simple, affordable option during a time of grief. This package may be booked within 60 days of the event date, and full payment is required at the time of booking. Additional hours may be added at the applicable hourly rate based on residency.

The package includes:

  • 5 hours of Great Hall and outdoor patio access

  • Table and chair setup and takedown in a choice of standard floor plan

  • Use of the AV system, podium, kitchen (excluding deep fryers), fire pit, and two easels

Please note: The package price does not include the refundable damage deposit.

About The 21st Century Bank Event Center

The vision for a centralized park building began 15 years ago when the Rogers Lions Club began donating funds to the City of Rogers for community building in Triangle Park (now Lions Central Park). The final design is a result of collaboration by the members of the Lions Central Park Task Force, which include the Rogers Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, representatives from the Rogers Lions Club, City Council representatives, City staff and consulting architects. Focusing on community-based rental options and a City gathering space, the 21st Century Bank Event Center provides a designated location for public events. The 21st Century Bank Event Center is located in Lions Central Park on Main Street, just south of Downtown Rogers.
