About the Underground Excavation License

Underground Excavation License is required to excavate within the right of way.  Any persons/contractor wishing to perform grading or a sewer and/or water installation in the City of Rogers is required to annually apply for an Underground Excavation License.

Underground License Requirements

  • Rogers must receive the appropriate bonding and insurance information prior to issuing a permit

  • Master Plumber Certificate

  • License Cost: $50

Apply for Underground License

Create an account in the license portal and apply for the license.

Underground Permit Requirements

  • Excavation License (see above)

  • Submit project drawings

  • Permit

    • Residential: $125

    • Commercial: $300

Log in to the Rogers Permit Portal. Choose “Water and Sewer Permit” and fill in the form to apply..
